Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit; products with broken safety seals cannot be accepted.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
